Grilling perfect steaks with the Rib Pro


STEP 1

Place adjustable coal grate to higher level in the Rib Pro.    

 

 

STEP 2

Load and light 4-6 lb. of charcoal.  Let the coals burn to near white and spread into an even layer.  Leave a "cold spot" in the grill to move cooked steaks onto to avoid overcooking.

 

 

STEP 3

Coat grilling grate with cooking spray for easy removal and cleanup.  Place onto grill. Do not use spray when grill is in place.

 

 

STEP 4

Flip steaks and move around on grill to desired cooking heat.

 

 

STEP 5

To keep steaks from overcooking, move onto cold spot created in Step 2.

 

 

STEP 6

Remove steaks from grill and serve as desired.
