Attach Indirect Heat add-on

Load charcoal into Indirect Heat add-on - get
heat up to 375 degrees approximately |

STEP 3
Let dough rise, prepare dough for Rib Pro on
steel sheet

Place sheet into Rib Pro for about 10 minutes to prepare dough for toppings

Get
toppings ready for newly baked dough

Put marinara on freshly baked dough |

7
Take toppings from STEP 5 and prepare pizza
for Rib Pro |

Place pizza into Rib Pro for 10-20 minutes at
375 degrees
